Role OverviewThe Front-Line Leader is responsible for the overall execution and performance of an assigned area, including directing daily manufacturing activities, driving performance, safety, quality, and managing cost. They will collaborate with peers and team members to resolve issues and accomplish organizational goals.
What You Will Do
Directly responsible for the productivity of the team and assigned production objectives, provide daily assignment and direction to direct reports, and utilize metrics-driven accountability for performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or a related discipline
- 2 years production or manufacturing experience
- Military experience
- Managing a unionized workforce
- Experience and/or training in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
