The Front Lobby Administrator serves as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees entering the Rubbermaid facility, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring security, professionalism, and smooth daily operations at the front desk.

Requirements

  • Greet and assist visitors, employees, and drivers with professionalism and courtesy
  • Maintain visitor logs and follow facility security and safety protocols
  • Coordinate visitor appointments, notify employees of arrivals, and manage lobby flow
  • Provide general administrative support to HR, Facilities, Leadership, and other departments as needed
  • Manage front-office supplies and inventory
  • Create a welcoming, clean, and efficient lobby environment
  • Provide friendly and timely responses to employee and visitor inquiries
