Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Hotel front desk experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management systems (Opera preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial transactions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Multilingual skills are a plus
