Job Description
Front Office Agent at Hyatt Place Madison/Downtown responsible for creating a welcoming and exceptional experience for guests, including guest check-in and out, servicing meeting rooms, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. Previous guest service experience required, with ability to communicate well with guests. Flexible schedule required, including AM/PM shifts and weekends.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience preferred in a hotel or related field
  • Schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong command of the English language, including speaking, reading, and writing
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
  • Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
