Front Office Agent

As a Front Office Agent at Miraval Austin Resort and Spa, you'll be responsible for the guest registration process, departure process, and communication of hotel services and promotions. You'll assist with all aspects of the guest arrival and departure experience, including luggage assistance, valet parking, and property tours. This role requires a high level of customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to stand for long periods of time.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include processing forms of payment, responding to guest inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to create a memorable guest experience.

Requirements

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must have schedule flexibility, to include weekends and holidays
• Previous Hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Valid Driver's License due to frequently driving hotel and/or guest vehicles
• Ability to lift, push, pull moderate weight up to 75 lbs
