Job Description
The Hyatt Centric Key West Resort and Spa is seeking a Front Office Agent to join our amazing team. The role involves welcoming guests, handling guest registration, and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
Previous customer service or hospitality experience (preferred)
Friendly, professional demeanor with a guest-first mindset
Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and resolve issues effectively
Team-oriented attitude with willingness to support other departments
Comfortable interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds
Basic computer skills (email, reservations systems, POS)
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time and ability to lift light items (e.g., luggage assistance when needed)
