The Hyatt Centric Key West Resort and Spa is seeking a Front Office Agent to join our amazing team. The role involves welcoming guests, handling guest registration, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience (preferred)
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a guest-first mindset
  • Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and resolve issues effectively
  • Team-oriented attitude with willingness to support other departments
  • Comfortable interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Basic computer skills (email, reservations systems, POS)
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and ability to lift light items (e.g., luggage assistance when needed)
