Job Description
We are seeking a Front Office Agent to join our team at the Hyatt Centric Key West Resort and Spa. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling registration, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience (preferred)
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a guest-first mindset
  • Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and resolve issues effectively
  • Team-oriented attitude with willingness to support other departments
  • Comfortable interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Basic computer skills (email, reservations systems, POS)
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and ability to lift light items (e.g., luggage assistance when needed)
