Job Description
Front Office Assistant required to provide excellent customer service, manage patient flow, and perform administrative tasks. Responsibilities include registration, eligibility verification, and coordination with providers. Bi-lingual English and Spanish required.
Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent
Medical Billing experience/training in a medical office or similar setting
EMRs experience required, EPIC experience preferable
Typing a minimum 35 WPM and proficient computer skills
Ability to communicate effectively, verbal and written
Bi-lingual English and Spanish required
