Job Description
Miracle-Ear is seeking a Front Office Assistant to manage the customer journey, support store administration and operations, and contribute to retail sales. The ideal candidate is passionate, driven, and committed to making a difference every day.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Administrative, reception, or customer service background
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting
  • 2+ years in a direct customer support role
  • 2+ years of experience with appointment setting and customer database management
  • Comfortable handling inbound & outbound calls
  • Motivated to help drive sales goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows
