Job Description
We are seeking passionate, driven individuals who are committed to making a difference every day by joining Miracle-Ear as a Front Office Assistant. The role involves managing the customer journey, supporting the customer intake process, and performing effective schedule management.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Administrative, reception, or customer service background
2+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting
2+ years in a direct customer support role
2+ years of experience with appointment setting and customer database management
Comfortable handling inbound & outbound calls
Motivated to help drive sales goals
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows
