Job Description
Join Miracle-Ear as a Front Office Assistant and make a difference every day. Help people rediscover all the emotions of sound. Assist with customer intake, schedule management, and customer service.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Administrative, reception, or customer service background
Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred
2+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting
2+ years in a direct customer support role
2+ years of experience with appointment setting and customer database management
Comfortable handling inbound & outbound calls
Motivated to help drive sales goals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows
