Role OverviewThe Front Office Associate will provide services to patients and referring professionals by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting and registering patients. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. Shifts are from 6:00am-2:30pm.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include registration, scheduling, and insurance verification. The Front Office Associate will also maintain organization of the front office lobby area, order office supplies, and complete patient appointment confirmation calls.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have one year of customer service experience, proficiency in using computer systems and typing, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Previous medical office experience and insurance knowledge are preferred.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- One (1) year of Customer Service experience
- Proficient in using computer systems and typing
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel
