Role OverviewAs a Front Office Associate, you will provide services to patients and referring professionals by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting and registering patients in a cheerful, professional, and sincere manner. This is a casual/temporary position working various shifts Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:30am-10:30pm and Saturday day shifts, as needed. Flexible schedule.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include registration, scheduling, and insurance verification. You will greet and check-in patients, process payments and copays, answer phones, and maintain the organization of the front office lobby area. You will also order office supplies, maintain patient information sheets, and complete patient appointment confirmation calls.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for a candidate with customer service experience, proficiency in using computer systems and typing, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Previous medical office experience and medical terminology are preferred. Bilingual candidates are also welcome.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of Customer Service experience
