Role OverviewAs a Front Office Associate, you will be responsible for providing services to patients and referring professionals by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting and registering patients in a cheerful, professional, and sincere manner. The hours for the role are Monday - Friday 12:30pm - 9:00pm with rotating weekends.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include registration, scheduling, and insurance verification, as well as maintaining the organization of the front office lobby area and ordering office supplies as needed.
Why It Might Be a Fit
To be a fit for this role, you should have one year of customer service experience, proficiency in using computer systems and typing, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Previous medical office experience and insurance knowledge are also preferred.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- One (1) year of Customer Service experience
- Proficient in using computer systems and typing
