Job Description
The Front Office Host is responsible for assisting guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all Front Office-related functions and to maintain high standards of service and hospitality.
Requirements
Welcome and register guests, providing exceptional service throughout their stay.
Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel’s property management system.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism and care.
Manage cash, credit, and room charge transactions accurately.
Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Engineering, Bell Desk, etc.) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Answer and route phone calls and messages in a courteous and timely manner.
Maintain a working knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
Uphold Hyatt’s high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest engagement at the Front Desk.
