Job Description
The Front Office Host position is designed for our Guests to have a seamless experience at our resort. The role involves assisting Guests with the registration process, account settlements, communication of hotel services and promotion, providing guests with information about local attractions/restaurants, and answering guest phone calls.
Requirements
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in luxury hotel preferred.
Refined verbal communication skills.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends & holidays.
Proficient in basic computer skills.
Customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate lifting.
Ability to stand and lift up to 30 lbs.
