Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in a front office, concierge, or guest relations role within a Forbes-rated luxury hotel or equivalent high-end environment
  • Polished presentation, impeccable demeanor, and presence aligned with five-star standards
  • Clear, articulate, and thoughtful communication with both guests and colleagues
  • Comfortable and strategic in offering room upgrades and personalized enhancements
  • Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Reserve, Colleague Advantage), Microsoft Office Suite, and point-of-sale systems
  • Innate ability to anticipate guest needs and respond with empathy and elegance
  • Graceful and composed during peak check-in times and challenging guest scenarios
  • Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
