  • Communication Mastery: Clear, articulate, and thoughtful communication with both guests and colleagues
  • Upselling Confidence: Comfortable and strategic in offering room upgrades and personalized enhancements
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Reserve, Colleague Advantage), Microsoft Office Suite, and point-of-sale systems
  • Service Intuition: Innate ability to anticipate guest needs and respond with empathy and elegance
  • Calm Under Pressure: Graceful and composed during peak check-in times and challenging guest scenarios
  • Schedule Flexibility: Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
