Role Overview

You'll be responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions, and have a direct impact on creating the guest experience.

What You Will Do

Process forms of payment, respond to guest inquiries, and have casual conversations with guests to create a memorable experience.

Requirements
