The Front Office Manager provides leadership, management and oversees all operations of Front Office departments; Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Services with emphasis on adherence to established procedures and standards while ensuring the highest quality guest experience.
Requirements
College degree preferred
3 years Front Office/Front Desk experience required
2 years Front Desk leadership experience preferred
Valid driver’s license required
