Front Office Manager responsible for managing hotel's Front Office operations, staff training, and guest services.

Requirements

  • 4 years or more of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience (typically with Hyatt)
  • Previous hotel pre-opening experience preferred
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
  • Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
