Requirements

  • At least 1-year front desk supervisory or lead experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous customer service or guest relations experience
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
  • Ability to solve practical problems
  • Ability to interpret written and oral instructions
  • Basic negotiation skills and strong customer relations skills
  • Strong computer skills: Full knowledge of Microsoft Office
