Job Description
Front Office Manager at Heathman Hotel Kirkland. Responsible for supervising front office procedures, ensuring guest and employee needs are met, and performing front desk duties. Requires at least 1-year front desk supervisory experience and strong communication skills.
Requirements
At least 1-year front desk supervisory or lead experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous customer service or guest relations experience
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Ability to calculate figures and amounts
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Ability to solve practical problems
Ability to interpret written and oral instructions
Basic negotiation skills and strong customer relations skills
Strong computer skills: Full knowledge of Microsoft Office
