Job Description
Join the opening team at the AC Element Phoenix North-Norterra, a new Marriott hotel, as a Front Office Manager. Manage guest services and daily front desk operations, lead a team, and contribute to the launch of a new hotel.
Requirements
2 years front office management experience
1 year Marriott experience
Experience in a dual-brand or multi-property hotel
Strong leadership skills
Flexible schedule
Ability to communicate in English
Self-starting personality
Maintain a professional appearance
Effective communication with guests
Team player
Basic mathematical skills
Ability to access and accurately input information using a computer system
Ability to stand, walk, and continuously perform behind the front desk
Ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations
