Job Description
The Front Office Manager is a key leader in delivering exceptional guest experiences, upholding and modeling the company’s values, and fostering a culture of collaboration and trans-local hospitality.
Requirements
Uphold and role model the company’s values
Lead the front desk team with passion, creativity, and professionalism
Demonstrate passion and aptitude for all aspects of a guest’s experience
Collaborate with and coach team members to complete necessary activities
Maintain proper par on all operation supplies and departmental supplies
Act as a key partner with the General Manager and operations leadership team
Foster open lines of communication within the department
Coach and mentor team members on skill development
Monitor all reservation channels and verify reservation information
Champion departmental and hotel-wide initiatives
