Requirements

  • Uphold and role model the company’s values
  • Lead the front desk team with passion, creativity, and professionalism
  • Demonstrate passion and aptitude for all aspects of a guest’s experience
  • Collaborate with and coach team members to complete necessary activities
  • Maintain proper par on all operation supplies and departmental supplies
  • Act as a key partner with the General Manager and operations leadership team
  • Foster open lines of communication within the department
  • Coach and mentor team members on skill development
  • Monitor all reservation channels and verify reservation information
  • Champion departmental and hotel-wide initiatives
