Role OverviewThe Front Office Manager will oversee the Front Office teams within the Rooms Division, promoting an atmosphere that ensures customer and associate satisfaction. This position requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively deal with department heads, guests, and team members.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include short and long term planning, management of the hotel's Front Office operations, developing and recommending the budget, labor cost plans and objectives, maintaining guest room inventory, performing tasks of a Front Office Staff, and ensuring all operations and cash handling are done per policies and procedures.

Requirements
- 4 years or more of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience (typically with Hyatt)
- With opening hotels, previous hotel pre-opening experience preferred
- Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
- Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
