The Front Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Front Office and Night Audit teams, ensuring guests receive warm, personalized, and professional service throughout their stay. What You Will Do

As the Front Office Manager, you will lead by example, develop and support team members, resolve guest concerns, and work closely with hotel leadership and other departments to ensure seamless operations across the collection.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Front Office, hotel operations, or guest services experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Front Office operations, Night Audit, reservations, billing, cash handling, and guest service procedures
  • Experience with hotel Property Management Systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable
  • Exceptional guest service and service recovery skills with the ability to remain calm and solution-focused in challenging situations
  • Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze operational reports, labor, payroll, budgets, and other departmental financial information
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, room inventory, revenue considerations, and Night Audit procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests, team members, and all levels of leadership
  • College-level reasoning, math, and language skills
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and effectively manage the department
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
