Job Description
We are seeking a Front Office Manager Overnight to provide amazing guest service while maintaining the full operational functionality of the building at Hilton Garden Inn Detroit Downtown.

Requirements

  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff.
  • Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
  • Verify and imprint credit cards for authorization using electronic acceptance methods.
  • Handle cash make change and balance an assigned house bank.
  • Remain calm and alert, especially during emergency situations and/or heavy hotel activity.
