Job Description
We are seeking a Front Office Manager Overnight to provide amazing guest service while maintaining the full operational functionality of the building at Hilton Garden Inn Detroit Downtown.
Requirements
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff.
Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
Verify and imprint credit cards for authorization using electronic acceptance methods.
Handle cash make change and balance an assigned house bank.
Remain calm and alert, especially during emergency situations and/or heavy hotel activity.
