Role OverviewThe Front Office Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the operations of the Center for Best Health. This includes greeting customers, registering patients, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, and performing administrative tasks. The FOS is a key team member in achieving patient experience, employee engagement, and financial goals.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of the Front Office Specialist include greeting patients and guests, answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays and balances, and managing cash allowance. The FOS will also communicate with patients and staff, and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements
- High School Diploma
