Requirements
Lead, coach, and support front desk agents to deliver exceptional guest service
Assist with supervisory responsibilities such as training, scheduling, payroll administration, and interviews
Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Communicate hotel services, promotions, and local information to guests
Address guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously
Process forms of payment and ensure compliance with hotel policies
