Job Description
Join the Hyatt Regency DFW as a Front Desk Night Auditor / Front Office Supervisor, leading a team of guest service agents and providing warm, attentive service to travelers. Weekend availability is required.
Requirements
Lead, support, and coach Front Desk and Night Audit team members
Oversee guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and hospitality
Maintain accurate nightly audit reports, financial balancing, and system reconciliation
Ensure team compliance with operational procedures and brand standards
Communicate hotel services, amenities, and promotions to guests
Respond professionally to guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests
Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding of new colleagues
Support payroll processes and daily administrative tasks
Maintain a welcoming lobby and front desk environment
