Role Overview

Join the Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa team as our Overnight Front Office Supervisor. As the Overnight Front Office Supervisor, you'll serve as the Manager on Duty during the overnight shift, ensuring our guests receive outstanding service while overseeing the hotel's overnight operations.

What You Will Do

Serve as the overnight Manager on Duty and primary point of contact for guests, complete nightly audit and reporting procedures, welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, reservations, and special requests, resolve guest concerns, and assist with luggage and other guest service needs.

Requirements

  • Previous hotel front office or hospitality experience required
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions overnight
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts from 11:00pm - 7:30am, including weekends and holidays
