What You Will Do
The Overnight Front Office Supervisor will serve as the overnight Manager on Duty and primary point of contact for guests, complete nightly audit and reporting procedures, welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, reservations, and special requests, and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.

Requirements
- Previous hotel front office or hospitality experience required
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions overnight
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts from 11:00pm - 7:30am, including weekends and holidays
