Job Description
We are seeking a Front Services Assistant Manager to manage the daily operations of the Hotel Front Services staff, including Valet, Bell, Door, Baggage Handlers and Shuttle Drivers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing short-term objectives, managing employee performance, and ensuring high levels of customer service and hospitality.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • One to two years of post-high school education
  • Two to three years of supervisory experience
  • Ability to make decisions guided by established policies and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, customer service, team building, and problem-solving skills
