The Frontline Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day branch operations, leading deposit initiatives, and building staff accountability to improve customer service and branch success.

Requirements

  • Manage daily operations of the frontline
  • Be fully trained in the Teller and CSR functions
  • Communicate deposit knowledge and updates
  • Communicate organizational priorities and establish goals
  • Monitor progress and hold staff accountable
  • Provide coaching and feedback
  • Develop and implement branch-level strategies
  • Assist Branch President with deposit portfolio and growth
  • Oversee scheduling and approve timesheets
  • Make hiring decisions and communicate with Human Resources
  • Conduct performance assessments
  • Maintain Deposit Compliance and educate staff
  • Ensure branch audits are completed
