Role OverviewThe Lead Clerk will create an outstanding customer experience, achieve sales and profit goals, and maintain a safe and clean environment. They will direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the department, and support the day-to-day functions of the Frozen Foods operations.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include promoting trust and respect among associates, communicating company information, collaborating with associates, and developing adequate scheduling to manage customer volume. The Lead Clerk will also train and develop associates, adhere to laws and company guidelines, and create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome and appreciated.
