Role OverviewThe Fruit Room Operator is responsible for performing tasks in the Fruit Room, as assigned by the lead and/or supervisor. The role involves understanding safety procedures, SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards, and performing tasks safely and efficiently. The operator must also keep up-to-date and accurate information on all paperwork and/or production forms.
