FSP Scientist - HPLC

As an FSP Scientist - HPLC, you will perform routine to complex sample preparation and analysis procedures to quantitatively measure pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical compounds. You will follow validated or experimental analytical procedures and be responsible for reviewing and compiling results. You will work in a GxP environment and have experience in pharmaceutical research and development or in providing analytical chemistry support.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing sample preparation and analysis procedures, reviewing and compiling results, and working in a GxP environment. You will also have experience in pharmaceutical research and development or in providing analytical chemistry support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience equal to 2-4 years in a pharmaceutical lab
• Working knowledge and/or experience in modern analytical techniques, including HPLC, GC, and general wet chemistry
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory authority, compendia, and ICH guidelines
• Experience in pharmaceutical research and development or in providing analytical chemistry support
• Working knowledge in a GxP environment
• Training in or will be trained in areas such as chromatographic methods, use of analytical tools, and other pharmaceutical analysis
• Familiar with peer review and verification practices
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to work effectively in team situations and to work independently as needed
• Flexibility to succeed in a dynamic and changing environment
• Firm command of the English language and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
