Role OverviewThe FSQ Technician supports the management team in maintaining the highest standards of product quality and safety. The role involves assisting in the execution of FSQ responsibilities, documentation, and ensuring compliance with all safety and quality protocols. The FSQ Technician works under the direction of the FSQ Senior Technician and Supervisor each shift.
What You Will Do
Perform finished product testing, accurately record data, and complete all relevant documentation. Conduct food safety inspections within the production environment, including inter-batch cleaning verifications. Conduct quality audits on batching and packaging to ensure specifications are met.
