This role will contribute to the effective implementation of digital tools that impact food safety, quality, product, and ingredient traceability.

Requirements

  • Champion path to paperless and develop quality and food safety SOP's and governance policies surrounding data collection
  • Maintain document control within safety chain; update existing and approve new forms
  • Lead data mining, analyze and interpret data in large and complex data sets by applying statistical methods
  • Investigate customer complaints as required, trend and summarize food safety customer complaints on a weekly basis
  • Maintain plant e-sarf, SharePoint and advantage electronic systems
  • Prepare status update reports on progress to achieving goals
  • Assist with plant HACCP and FSQA process validations
