Job Description
This position is responsible for performing physical and visual inspections of product and plant systems, documenting and calculating results accurately; taking corrective action when necessary and report results to management.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the Fresh Meats industry required or other QA type experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate the hourly workforce
  • Good problem identification and problem solving skills
  • Math and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret product specifications
  • Ability to function well under stress
  • Flexibility to work where and when needed
