Job Description
We are seeking a Full- Time Residential Supervisor (RS) to provide front line supervision of staff assigned to a home and provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities.

Requirements

  • Attend all meetings and trainings as required
  • Implement the individual’s Person-Centered Plan and maintain all data necessary to measure achievement of stated goals and objectives
  • Maintain all records, including but not limited to posting staff schedules, transition notes for all staff, medication/seizure/psychotropic charts, time sheets, daily logs, petty cash documentation and mileage logs
  • Assisting with participation and exploration of the community
  • Cultivating and expanding independent living skills
  • Assisting with development of meaningful and personal relationships
  • Implementing strategies to achieve individuals’ personal goals
