Job Description
The Community Specialist is responsible for executing the store’s community strategy, engaging with the community, developing and sustaining local key relationships, and delivering a world-class guest experience. They collaborate with store leadership, establish and manage local key relationships, engage with the local community, and attend community events. The role involves building relationships, providing technical product education, and incorporating omnichannel programs into a seamless end-to-end guest experience.

Requirements

  • 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
  • High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above
  • Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods
