Job Description
Front Desk representative at the Best Western Seaside Ocean View Resort. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, resolve guest issues, and support the Guest Services and Front Office team. Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to create unique and meaningful experiences for guests.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of the front desk and hotel procedures
  • Knowledge and proficiency with the property management system
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience
  • Cash handling and computerized Point of Sale system experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
