Job Description
Charles River CFO, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Interim FT CFO leader with deep community banking experience to lead a financial team in Allentown, PA. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of accounting/finance experience, 5+ years in a CFO role, and hands-on experience with COCC banking core and Oracle accounting module. The engagement will be up to a year with the potential to become permanent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA preferred, but not required
  • A minimum of eight (8) years' related accounting/finance experience and (5) years in a CFO role
  • CFO with experience in smaller banks (less than $1M total assets) experience helpful
  • Living in the Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton Metropolitan Area/Lehigh Valley a plus
