Job Description
The Fuel Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of field operations, including leading the operations team, coordinating with airlines, and collaborating with airport authorities. This role ensures the seamless implementation of operational procedures and policies to guarantee the timely, safe, and efficient delivery of aviation fuel services.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • 5 years of Leadership/Operational experience
  • Prior fuel experience is required
  • Project Management experience a plus
  • Intermediate/Highly proficient Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Must hold a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents
  • Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
  • Pass a background check and drug screen
  • Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable).
  • Must be flexible to work extended hours on occasion to support our field operations
