Role OverviewJoin a team dedicated to getting customer orders ready for shipment to our clients all over the world. This is an on-site Fulfillment position in our Sterling, IL fulfillment center.
What You Will Do
Prepare packages and process shipments, count inventory, track packages, post freight to purchase orders and process returns, load and unload trucks, and answer questions regarding inventory, shipping, freight and supplies.

Must be motivated by deadline-oriented work environment, able to work overtime when required, and able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older with the ability to read and speak English for safety purposes
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of receiving experience, previous warehouse experience and forklift license preferred
- Motivated by deadline-oriented work environment
- Able to work overtime when required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Pushing and pulling up to 200 pounds with assistance of rolling carts
