Role OverviewThe Fulfillment Associate - Day will be responsible for picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and on time, while delivering excellent service to customers.

The Fulfillment Associate - Day will operate and maintain certification for powered equipment, support inventory accuracy, and complete administrative tasks.

Requirements
- 6 months of experience using a computer
- 6 months of experience using common retail technology
- powered equipment certification (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck)
- high school diploma or GED
- 6 months of retail experience
- 6 months of experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer
- 6 months of experience inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles
