Role OverviewAs a Fulfillment Expert, you will be part of the fulfillment team that picks, preps, packs, sorts, and ships products safely, efficiently, and effectively to deliver convenience and quality for our guests. You will work in a dynamic environment where your daily work will change based on guest ordering patterns. You will have the opportunity to develop skills in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement.
What You Will Do
A typical day will include greeting guests, selecting items for order pickup, drive up, and ship to home, accurately putting on hold all order pickup and drive-up orders, properly preparing, packing, and sorting guest orders for shipment, and maintaining your workspace and supplies.
