Job Description
Ro is a direct-to-patient healthcare company looking for a Fulfillment Lead in Romeoville, IL. As Fulfillment Lead, you will oversee daily operations of the pharmacy fulfillment team, manage technicians, and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of prescriptions and non-prescriptions medications.

Requirements

  • Lead and mentor a team of pharmacy technicians
  • Oversee technician onboarding, training, and ongoing skills development
  • Support scheduling and staffing needs
  • Ensure pharmacy fulfillment workflows are executed accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate closely with pharmacists and cross-functional teams
  • Operate and troubleshoot pharmacy automation equipment
  • Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Support additional operational tasks as assigned by pharmacy leadership
