Role OverviewThe Project Manager is responsible for leading and supporting strategic initiatives across the North America Fulfillment network. Reporting to the Strategic Fulfillment Programs team, this role partners with business leaders, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define, structure, and deliver programs that improve fulfillment capabilities, operational performance, and business outcomes.
What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of strategic fulfillment initiatives, develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables, drive accountability across cross-functional teams to ensure commitments are met, monitor project health and proactively identify risks, issues, and mitigation plans.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- 5+ years of project management, consulting, operations, supply chain, or related experience
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from discovery through implementation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating executive presentations and facilitating stakeholder discussions
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to complex business challenges
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
- Experience in supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, distribution, retail operations, or related environments preferred
- PMP certification is a plus; proven experience with industry-standard project management tools, methodologies, and governance practices is required
